Who we are - Pwy dydym niAge Concern Ceredigion provides services and support for older people, their families and carers. In all aspects of our work we consult with older people to ensure that we are responsive to their identified needs and expectations.
Mae Age Concern Ceredigion yn darparu gwasanaethau a chymorth i bobl hýn, eu teuluoedd a'u gofalwyr. Rydym yn ymgynghori â phobl hýn ym mhob agwedd o'n gwaith er mwyn sicrhau ein bod yn ymateb i'w gofynion a'i disgwyliadau dynodedig.
Rydym yn gweithio'n lleol er mwyn sicrhau fod y gwasanaethau yr ydym yn eu darparu i bobl hýn o'r sfaon uchaf. Mae ein holl waith wedi'i hategu gan safonau gofynnol cenedlaethol. Rydym hefyd yn croesawu cyfleoedd i weithio ochr yn ochr ag asiantaethau statudol ac eraill er mwyn cyflawni gwasanaethau effeithiol a cost-effeithiol.
We work locally to ensure that the services we provide to older people are of the highest standard. All our work is underpinned by national minimum standards. We also welcome opportunities to work alongside statutory and other agencies to deliver efficient and cost effective services.
