Ni fydd Age Concern Ceredigion, ei gyflenwyr, neu unrhyw trydydd parti a grybwyllir ar y safle hwn, o dan unrhyw achos, yn atebol am unrhyw ddifrod o gwbl (gan gynnwys, ond heb ei gyfyngu i’r rheini sy’n deillio o golli elw, colli data neu ymyrraeth fusnes) sy’n deillio o’r defnydd hwn, yr anallu i ddefnyddio, neu’r canlyniadau o ddefnyddio’r safle hwn, unrhyw Safleoedd y we sy’n gysylltiedig â’r safle hwn, neu’r deunyddiau neu’r wybodaeth sydd wedi’u cynnwys ar unrhyw un neu bob un safle o’r fath, boed hwy wedi’u seilio ar sicrwydd, contract, camwedd neu unrhyw hawl cyfreithiol arall a pha un a yw wedi'i gynghori o bosibilrwydd difrodau o'r fath ai peidio. Os yw eich defnydd o'r deunyddiau neu’r wybodaeth o'r safle hwn yn arwain at yr angen i wasanaethu, atgyweirio neu gywiro offer neu ddata, chi fydd yn talu am gostau o’r fath. Hwyrach na fydd y gyfraith gymwys yn caniatáu gwaharddiad neu gyfyngu difrodau achlysurol neu ôl-ddilynol, felly mae’n bosibl na fydd y cyfyngiad neu’r gwaharddiad uchod yn berthnasol i chi.
Cyfreithiau cymwys
Mae’r safle wedi’i weinyddu gan Age Concern Ceredigion o’i swyddfeydd yn Aberystwyth. Nid yw Age Concern Ceredigion yn gwneud unrhyw ddatganiad bod y deunyddiau ar y safle hwn yn briodol neu ar gael i'w defnyddio y tu allan i'r Deyrnas Unedig, a gwaherddir mynediad atynt o diriogaethau lle fo'u cynnwys yn anghyfreithlon. Ni chewch ddefnyddio nac allforio nac ailallforio’r deunyddiau ar y safle hwn nac unrhyw gopi neu addasiad wrth dorri unrhyw gyfreithiau neu reoliadau perthnasol gan gynnwys, ond heb ei gyfyngu, i gyfreithiau a rheoliadau allforio'r DU. Os ydych chi’n dewis ymweld â’r safle hwn o’r tu allan i'r DU, rydych chi’n gwneud hynny ar eich menter eich hun a chi fydd yn gyfrifol am gydymffurfio â’r cyfreithiau lleol cymwys. Bydd y telerau hyn yn cael eu llywodraethu a’u hadeiladu yn unol â chyfraith Lloegr, heb roi grym i unrhyw egwyddorion gwrthdaro cyfreithiau.
Cyffredinol
Gallai Age Concern Ceredigion ddiwygio’r telerau hyn ar unrhyw bryd trwy ddiweddaru’r cofnod hwn. Dylech ymweld â’r dudalen hon o bryd i'w gilydd er mwyn adolygu'r telerau cyfredol ar y pryd oherwydd eu bod yn eich rhwymo chi. Gallai rhai darpariaethau’r telerau hyn fod wedi’u disodli gan rybuddion cyfreithiol a ddynodwyd yn unswydd neu delerau sydd wedi’u lleoli ar dudalennau penodol y safle hwn.
